We will be having a complete 2 hour behind the scenes guided tour starting at 2.00pm, which will be led by a professional guide. We will see and learn about its history, go backstage, see the auditorium and stand on the stage.
Behind the scenes information
The site of the Royal Court Theatre has been at the heart of Liverpool's culture for nearly 200 years. It is a Grade 11 listed building a magnificent example of one of the best theatres built in the Art Deco style.
The Royal Court Liverpool trust is part way through an £11 million scheme to renovate the building.
The theatre is one of Liverpool's most enduring and iconic buildings and has a rich history including several ghosts.
