Weekly chair yoga classes will be held at Drishti Point

Drishti Point in the Wayfarers Arcade is very much a luxurious studio with high-quality equipment; you can experience chair yoga in a sumptuous and relaxing environment.

The studio now has special yoga chairs and a whole array of equipment to enable those less nimble to take part. 

The usual cost of a chair yoga session is £7 but all u3a members will get a special price of £5.

Weekly Classes with vacancies:

Monday - Chair Yoga 4.00-5.00pm Julie Rudge – Class A

Tuesday - Chair Yoga 2.30-3.30pm Jackie Szostak – Class B
