Weekly classes will be held at Drishti Point

Drishti Point in the Wayfarers Arcade is very much a luxurious studio with high-quality equipment; you can experience yoga in a sumptuous and relaxing environment.

The studio now has, heated mats, cushions and a whole array of equipment to enable those less nimble to take part. 

You don't even need a mat luxurious heated floor mats are already provided for you.

The usual cost of a Yoga session is £7 but all u3a members will get a special price of £5.

Weekly Classes with vacancies:

Monday - Yoga 10.00-11.00am Gilly Mitchell – Class 1

Tuesday - Yoga 10.00-11.00am Chrissie Howorth – Class 2
