On Friday 30th October join us for a car-sharing day out to Haigh Woodland Park – a lovely destination in Autumn. Leaving Southport about 10am.

We’ll take a gentle 1.5-mile stroll past the hall with stunning views and a relaxing stop by the pond. For those wanting more, longer walks through the park and along the canal are also available.

There’s plenty to enjoy at the Kitchen Courtyard, including a bakery, coffee shop, ice-cream parlour, florist, chocolate shop, and a taproom – plus picnic spots and seating. NB some may not be open out of season.

Other options include:

Adventure Golf (Small cost) – an 18-hole accessible course.
Walled Garden – a peaceful area to explore
Paved paths make this trip accessible for all.

Entry to the park is free
Just contribute to fuel costs and £3 for car parking
This is a fair weather trip and at least 2 drivers will be taking small dogs. Car spaces may be limited and booking is essential.
