This is the time year when spectacular sunsets over the Mersey occur daily and the romance of the iron men facing the sun is quite moving.

Why not join us on NOVEMBER 11 for a train outing to Crosby and walk down towards the river…. walk as far as you are happy to. There will be some great photo opportunities.

Once the sun is gone we will stroll back up South Road and you may choose to eat at the very good Greek Taverna, Wetherspoons or one of the other numerous restaurants.

Sunset that day is due at 1621, so I will advise re which train we need to get us to Crosby by about 1530

This is a fair weather trip and will be cancelled if the forecast is poor or we may decide just to go for a meal.
